We provide a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty on all our PCs. Our support team is based in the USA and ready to assist with any hardware issues you may encounter.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.

Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?

Yes! Our systems are built using standard off-the-shelf components, making them fully upgradeable. Opening your case to add storage or RAM will not void your warranty.

Every PC undergoes a 24-hour stress test and a 50-point inspection checklist to ensure stability, thermal performance, and cable management meet our elite standards.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Systems must be returned in their original packaging; a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the return.
