Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team via the Starforge portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place your system back into its original internal foam packaging and double-box the unit to prevent any hardware damage during transit.
Verification & Inspection
Once received at our facility, our technicians will conduct a 48-hour diagnostic check to ensure all components are intact and the system matches its original configuration.
Refund Processing
Upon successful inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5 to 7 business days.
